Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will rise to become from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds while at night the weather will be cold, warning against frost at the mountains and fog in some inland areas.
The wind will be of changeable direction and a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 17/5, Daraa 17/6, Homs 16/6, Lattakia 20/11, Aleppo 15/6 and Deir Ezzor 18/8.
