Astana, SANA- Kazakh Foreign Minister Kairat Abdrakhmanov discussed with US Assistant Secretary of State for Near East Affairs David Satterfield in Astana on Tuesday prospects to resolve the crisis in Syria.
The Press Service at the Kazakh Foreign Ministry said in a statement that Satterfield expressed “high appreciation of the role of Astana process in alleviating tension in Syria.”
The two sides also discussed the bilateral relations between Kazakhstan and the US.
