Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and that local rain showers will fall over the coastal areas.
The wind will be changeable to northwesterly with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will rise to become from 3 to 5 degrees above average and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and local rain showers are expected over the northwestern areas.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 22/9, Daraa 22/8, Homs 19/8, Lattakia 21/10, Aleppo 20/7 and Deir Ezzor 23/9.
