Monday weather: Partly cloudy, temperatures to drop, rainfalls expected

Damascus, SANA – The temperatures will drop to become around average as the country is under the influence of low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

The Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy in general with a chance of rainfalls sometimes accompanied with thunder over many areas in the country.

The wind will change to southwesterly of light to moderate speed, and the sea waves will be of low to medium amplitude.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 18/6, Aleppo 18/6, Homs 19/7, Hama 19/7 and Lattakia 22/15.
