A 4.3 magnitude quake hits Maysan Governorate, eastern Iraq

Baghdad, SANA- A 4.3 magnitude quake hit Maysan Governorate, eastern Iraq.

“The earthquake occurred at dawn on Monday, with a magnitude of 4.3 on the Richter Scale, 70 km southeast of Ali Al Gharbi district in Maysan Governorate,” Ministry of Transport said in a statement, according to Alsumaria News website.

The statement added that citizens in Ali Al Gharbi district felt the quake, and no losses were reported.
