Lattakia, SANA- Third batch of Russian aid relief for Health directorate in Lattakia arrived Sunday, consisting of one ton of medical materials, medicines and blankets to support the medical sector in facing the repercussions of the earthquake.
Deputy Head of the Medical Mission at Russian Hmeimim air base, Lieutenant Colonel André Nikolaevich told reporters in a statement that Russia continuously stands by the friendly Syrian people.
For his part, Assistant-director of Health directorate Samer Ahmad said that the Russian medical assistance arrives respectively, asserting that the third batch contains a group of emergency medicines, and expressing thanks to the Russian side for their perpetual support.
