Russian forces destroy depot of weapons and ammunition sent from the West to Ukraine

Moscow, SANA-The Russian Defense Ministry’s official spokesman, Major-General Igor Konashenkov, has announced that the Russian armed forces, using high-precision missiles with long-range and naval calibers, destroyed a depot containing a large amount of weapons and ammunition sent by the US and European countries to the Ukrainian forces in the area of ​​the aluminum factory in the city of Zaporozhye.

Konashenkov said in a press briefing on Wednesday that the Russian tactical and military aviation destroyed 59 Ukrainian military installations last night, including 50 sites for mobilizing manpower and combat equipment, and 4 weapons and ammunition depots in several towns, in addition to destroying Buk M1 air defense system in Sloviansk region which led to eliminating more than 120 Nazis and destroying 35 armored vehicles.

Konashenkov added that the missile and artillery forces carried out 573 combat missions last night, during which 432 manpower mobilization sites and enemy combat equipment were destroyed, 67 artilleries, two rocket launcher batteries and 7 weapons depots. Two ” Bayraktar TB2″ drones and a Ukrainian “Tochka-U” tactical missile.
