Damascus, SANA- Health Ministry announced on Tuesday evening that 86 new Coronavirus cases have been registered in the country and that 64 patients infected with the virus have recovered ,while 5 others have passed away.
“This brings the total number of Coronavirus cases in Syria to 7973 ,of which 3624 recovered and 422 passed away” ,the Ministry added .
The first Coronavirus case in Syria was registered on Mar 22nd while the first mortality was reported one week later.
