Damascus, SANA – Fund Board for supporting scientific research and technological development at Ministry of Higher Education has allocated SYP 290 millions for valuable researches.
The Board discussed means of activating the work of the Fund and supporting the needs of the higher education system and other sectors in the field of scientific research.
Higher Education Minister Mohammad Amer al-Mardini stressed during Board’s meeting the importance of setting clear strategies for identifying the priorities of the projects of valuable researches which are compatible with the reconstruction stage, as the fund has allocated 290 SYP millions.
The Minister called for a deliberate evaluation and study of the researches applied to the Fund.
