Deir Ezzor, SANA-Groups of QSD militia have launched raids with the participation of the US occupation in al-Shuhayl town in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside and kidnapped a number of its locals.
Local sources told SANA that two military convoys belonging to QSD militia and the US occupation stormed into al-Shuhayl town in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside from two directions, the first one is from the direction of the illegitimate base of the US occupation in al-Omar oil field, and from the direction of al-Atal roundabout amid heavy gunfire to intimidate the people.
The sources said that the raiding forces searched the houses and encircled some of them, in addition to kidnapping a number of the town’s locals and taking them to unknown destination.
Over the last weeks, locals of the Syrian al-Jazeera region, who were fed up with the practices of the QSD militia and its backers of the US occupation forces have held demonstrations that took place in many towns and villages in the countryside of Hasaka and Deir Ezzor, demanding the withdrawal of the occupation forces and the militia from their areas.
