Temperatures above average, skies partly cloudy in general

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be cold at night over the mountains, warning against fog in the early morning over the mountains and some inland areas.

The wind will be of changeable direction to westerly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 34/17, Daraa 35/17, Homs 31/18, Lattakia 30/21, Aleppo 34/19 and Deir Ezzor 37/19.
