Baghdad, SANA-Syria’s national football team lost on Friday to its Lebanese counterpart 1-2 in a match that was held within West Asia championship of Iraq in Group A which also includes Iraq, Palestine and Yemen.
The Syrian team will meet Yemen on Monday.
Iraq beat Lebanon 1-0 last Tuesday, Palestine beat Yemen 1-0 and Iraq also beat Palestine 2-1.
