Montevideo, SANA _ Russian Deputy Defense Minister Colonel General Alexander Fomin renewed his country’s call for unifying and strengthening efforts in the fight against terrorism and extremism.
“Terrorism and extremism can be effectively fought only by strengthening the efforts of the entire international community,” Fomin was quoted as saying during a meeting with Uruguayan Minister of National Defense Jorge Menendez in Montevideo Wednesday.
He stressed that efforts should be made to facilitate the return of the Syrian refugees to their country.
