Moscow, SANA-Russian Defense Ministry said that about 200 Russian military police returned home after performing their duties in Syria.
In a statement on Thursday, the Ministry said that about 200 members of the military police of the southern military region returned on a military transport aircraft after their success in carrying out special missions on the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic.
During the past period, members of the Russian military police have been involved in the tasks of strengthening security and stability in a number of areas where the terrorists have been removed, particularly in the Western and Eastern Ghouta of Damascus.
