Russian humanitarian aid distributed among 400 families in Mothbeen village, Daraa

Daraa, SANA- Daraa Governorate distributed on Saturday nutrition aid provided by Russia along with free medical consultations for the families of Mothbeen town in Daraa countryside.

The Governorate’s vice chairman of the executive office Awad al-Swedan hailed the depth and strength of the Syrian-Russian relations and the Russian support for Syria in international circles and in its war against terrorism, adding that the aid is a symbol of the friendship between the two countries.

Representative of the Russian coordination center in Hmeimim affirmed that Russia constantly endeavors to restore safety and security across Syria through coordination and joint efforts with the Syrian government.

For her part, Director of the Social Affairs and Labor Department Nibal al-Hariri said that the aid targeted 400 families, who include relatives of martyrs and injured people as well as displaced and poor people.
