More food baskets distributed among Yarmouk Camp locals

Damascus, SANA-The General Authority for Palestine Arab Refugees (GAPAR) and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) continued the distribution of aid among the locals of al-Yarmouk Refugee camp near Damascus.

The GAPAR Director-General Ali Mustapha said some 495 food and health baskets have been distributed Friday containing vegetables, fruit, bread, and canned food, among other foodstuffs.

Medical items including vaccines, drugs and equipment were among the distributed baskets, he added.
