Damascus, SANA-Director of the Commercial Bank of Syria CBS Firas Salman said Sunday the Bank’s liquidity has reached normal levels through the positive leap it has achieved since the beginning of the current year.
“The Bank’s liquidity has reached 416 billion SYP,” Salman told SANA.
He attributed the average of this liquidity to the return of the gradual stability and balance between the deposit and withdrawal processes and the citizen’s confidence in the public banks.
Salman said the Bank is still offering loans to finance the basic materials according to the instructions of the Government.
