Tehran, SANA – Iran affirmed its continuous support for the Syrian people to face the terrorist war waged on them.
Ali Akbar Velayati, adviser to the Leader of the Iranian Revolution Seyyed Ali Khamenei, rejected in a televised interview Saturday imposing any preconditions on the Syria people during the dialogue process for solving the crisis in the country.
He pointed out that the Russian-Iranian relations are firm and solid, adding however that Tehran’s relationship with Washington has not changed since the US cannot be trusted.
