Damascus, SANA – Writer Colette Khoury asserted that she has no page on Facebook or any other social networking site, and that pages using her names belong to people she doesn’t know who probably want to hide behind her name to pursue their own personal agendas.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, Khoury said that her opinions and views are published in her 35 books and in the articles she published which number over a thousand, adding that those who wish to hear her personal opinions can do so by following her TV and radio interviews.
“Since we are living in a difficult stage in which concepts have become distorted, principles have deteriorated, and transgressions and fabrications have become commonplace, I felt it necessary to speak out about this,” the writer concluded.
