Syria discusses prospects for tourism cooperation with Saudi Arabia, Jordan

Amman, SANA- Prospects for tourism cooperation, the development of tourism relations and the exchange of tourist groups with Saudi Arabia and Jordan have been discussed.

That came during a meeting that brought together Minister of Tourism, Engineer Mohammad Rami Martini, and Saudi Minister of Tourism Ahmed al-Khatib and the Jordanian Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Makram Al Queisi.

During his meeting with Saudi Minister of Tourism Ahmed al-Khatib on the sidelines of the 49th meeting of the Regional Commission for the Middle East of the World Tourism Organization (WTO) in the Jordanian capital, Amman, Martini welcomed the return of Saudi visitors and tourists to visit their second homeland, Syria.

During his meeting with the Jordanian Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Makram Al Queisi, Martini also discussed the prospects for joint cooperation and the development of tourism relations between the two countries, especially in the field of tourism training and qualification.
