Two diplomats: President al-Assad’s visit to Moscow is important event to Russia

Moscow, SANA- Two Russian analysts and diplomats affirmed the importance of President Bashar al-Assad’s visit to Moscow with the aim of enhancing and boosting bilateral relations in all domains.

Professor Andre Baklanov, Deputy chairman of the Russian Diplomats’ Association said that President al-Assad visit is very important, particularly during these exceptional conditions when the West launches war against Russia.

In an interview with SANA correspondent in Moscow, Baklanov called for increasing contacts and consultations between the two friendly countries in all domains.

Dmitri Soslov, an expert in the political issues of Russia told SANA that President al-Assad’s visit to Moscow has important meaningful purposes during the current circumstances, pointing out to the necessity of preserving Syria’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.

President Bashar al-Assad on Wednesday arrived in Moscow on an official visit to Federal Russia to hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
