Moscow, SANA- Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has announced that Russia is using Su-57 aircraft and Kinzhal missiles in its own military operation in Ukraine.
“The Russian forces use the latest weapons, including Su-57 fighters and Kinzhal hypersonic missiles, during the military operation in Ukraine,” Shoigu said.
He added that this fighter enjoys a high degree of protection against various air defense systems and carries very powerful missiles that we tested and it works brilliantly.
“During the special operation, the Kinzhal missile was used three times and showed characteristics that no other similar missile in the world possesses,” Shoigu added.
It is noteworthy that the Russian forces have continued their military operation in Ukraine since February 24 to protect the residents of the Donbass region in southeastern Ukraine.
