Russian air defenses down two Ukrainian drones in vicinity of Kursk City

Moscow, SANA-Russian air defenses shot down two Ukrainian drones near the Russian city of Kursk, bordering Ukraine.

The Russia Today website quoted Kursk provincial governor Roman Starovit, Roman Starovit, as saying today that Russian air defenses shot down two Ukrainian “Strij” unmanned aircraft as they approached.

Starovit added in a post on “Telegram” that “thanks to the good performance of our soldiers, no one was hurt” as a result of the accident that occurred last night.
