Health Ministry: 22 new COVID-19 cases recorded in Syria

Damascus, SANA- Health Ministry announced on Friday that 22 new COVID-19 were recorded in the country, while 118 cases have recovered, but 3 others have passed away.

The Ministry added in a statement that the total number of infections has mounted to 50464 until today, while 33358 have recovered and 2921 have died of the disease.

The first case of coronavirus was detected in Syria on March 22nd, 2020.
