Foreign Ministry to receive transactions of residents outside the country

Damascus, SANA- Foreign and Expatriates Ministry announced it will receive transactions of citizens residing outside the country and fulfill them electronically through the Consular Electronic Center, as of today.

The ministry added in a statement published on its Facebook page that this measure comes within the framework of interest in the situation of citizens residing outside the country and completing their consular transactions easily.

“The step will ease the suffering and decrease costs of attending to the consulates’ centers to follow up affairs of citizens, especially in countries where there is no diplomatic representation, the Ministry said.
