350 new coronavirus cases and 8 deaths reported in Syria  

Damascus, SANA- 350 coronavirus infections were reported on Monday by the Health Ministry while 71 recoveries and 8 deaths were recorded.

The total number of coronavirus infections detected in Syria has climbed to 33, 323 till now, while the recoveries have amounted to 23, 599, and 22,15 fatalities were reported, according to a statement by the Health Ministry.

The first infection with the virus was detected in the country on March 22^nd last year in a person who came from abroad while the first death was recorded on the 29^th of the same month.
