Health Ministry: 397 new coronavirus cases recorded, 85 patients recover, 15 pass away

Damascus, SANA-The Health Ministry announced on Friday that 397 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Syria, adding that 85 coronavirus patients recovered, while 15 others passed away.

In a statement, the Ministry added that the total number of the coronavirus cases detected in Syria has reached up to 32,138 till now, of which 23,383 have recovered, while 2,187 others have passed away.

The first coronavirus case was recorded in Syria on March 22nd in a person who came from abroad, while the first fatality from the virus was reported on the 29th of the same month.
