President al-Assad appoints new chairman of Planning and International Cooperation Commission

Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Tuesday Decree no. 209 for the year 2021 appointing Dr. Fadi Salti al-Khalil, professor at the Faculty of Economics at Damascus University, as Chairman of Planning and International Cooperation Commission.
