Moscow, SANA – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov affirmed during a phone call with US State Secretary Mike Pompeo that Washington must not take any steps that undermine Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Saturday that the phone call, which was initiated by the American side, discussed the situation in Syria, as well as some aspects of Russian-American relations.
