Dushanbe, SANA-The Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) started its activities on Saturday in the Tajik capital of Dushanbe with participation of Presidents of many countries, among them Russia and Iran.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a speech to the conference, called for the necessity of finding a political solution to the crisis in Syria and facilitating the return of Syrian refugees to their home.
He affirmed that it is not possible to guarantee stability in Asia and the world except by settling crises through dialogue and unity against terrorism.
