Civilian killed, another injured by landmine blast in Hasaka and Homs

Hasaka, SANA – A civilian was killed when a landmine left behind by terrorists went off in the village of Nafasha in the countryside of Hasaka province.

SANA reporter in Hasaka said that a landmine, which was left behind by Daesh (ISIS) terrorists, exploded when a tractor went over it while a farmer was plowing his land in al-Nafasha village, leaving the farmer dead after sustaining serious wounds.

Civilian injured in IED explosion in Homs countryside

A civilian was injured when an IED from terrorists’ remnants went off near Ain al-Dananier village in the northeastern countryside of Homs.

SANA reporter said that an IED planted by the terrorists before their retreat from the area went off in the farmlands between the villages of Ain al-Dananier and Ain Hussein al-Janoubi, injuring a civilian who was planting in his land.

The civilian was hospitalized to receive the necessary treatment.
